Rate Update December 24, 2008
Fixed mortgage rates are even with yesterday as bonds stop the bleeding of the last three days
We are hopeful that rates can now start to gain some ground on where they were last week; but we are certain there will be volatility along the way.
Rate update will be back on Monday the 29th of December. Happy Holidays
Current outlook: cautiously floating
