Evan brings more than two decades of mortgage experience to Portland-area buyers with the mind of a financial planner and the heart of a teacher. A CFP-designated loan officer and longtime Oregonian, Evan helps first-time buyers, investors, and repeat clients understand the why behind every option. Off the clock, he’s usually near a golf club, a vinyl record, or the Oregon coast — and he brings that same grounded, human energy to every loan conversation.

Andrea works closely with Evan to make sure you feel supported and prepared throughout your home search. She is available to answer questions, run financing scenarios, and help you understand your options as you consider different homes. Think of Andrea as an extension of Evan, another knowledgeable resource dedicated to making sure you receive responsive, personal care. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find Andrea out for a run, planning her next adventure, or spending quality time with friends and family. She believes home is about more than just a place to live, it’s where life’s most meaningful memories are made.

Amanda collects all of the information needed for loan approvals and interacts daily with the underwriter, funding department and title companies to ensure the loans fund on time. She and Evan have worked together for 10 + years. Amanda is an Oregon State alumni and avid Beavers fan. The only sporting events more important to her are those of her nephews!

Lirra has done everything in the mortgage industry from cold-calling leads to corporate training. She works alongside Evan to provide thoughtful, attentive support and ensure every client feels well cared for throughout the process. When Lirra’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She married Derek in 2009, and they welcomed their son Peyton in 2013. Outside of work, Lirra stays busy volunteering at Peyton’s school and helping Derek with his philanthropic ventures.
