Rate Update March 31, 2009

Fixed Mortgage Rates are even with yesterday.  

Mortgage Backed Bonds are trading a bit lower on the day as the stock market attempts to recover from yesterday.  There isn’t much economic news on the front for today so bonds may continue to follow the trend of the stock market.

Current Outlook: leaning towards locking
