Fixed Mortgage Rates are even with Friday.

Mortgage Backed Bonds are trading up 22 basis points this morning.  With no economic news on the slate for today, bonds will most likely trade in relation to what the stock market is doing.  So far today, the Dow Jones is up modestly even though news of the swine flu seems to be putting pressure on stock markets in many countries.

Current Outlook: Floating as bonds look to be gaining some momentum
