Evan is a licensed mortgage professional with the ability to act as a mortgage broker and mortgage banker.  If you are interested in working with Evan on the purchase of a new home, refinance, or simply want to explore your options please don’t hesitate to contact me.  I always think it’s best to share a phone conversation before jumping into an application but if you’re ready to do that here are the steps:

1)      Please complete an online application by clicking HERE

2)      Please sign and date THIS AUTHORIZATION FORM granting us permission to access a credit report on your behalf.

3)       When convenient, please gather and upload (HERE) or fax (503.296.9950) copies of the following items:

• Complete 2010/ 2011 Federal Income Tax Returns (please include all pages of 1040s including all accompanying schedule, forms & statements)
• All accompanying 2010/ 2011 W2, and K1 forms (if applicable)
• 2 most recent pay-stubs (covering at least 30 days)
• 2 most recent complete bank, investment, and/ retirement account statements (all that apply) (Be sure include ALL pages of the statements AND do not send internet print-outs of activity.  The underwriter will request actual statements so if you go online please click on ‘download statements’.)
• Copy of your driver’s license or other government-issued I.D. (front and back)
